Biography
Adriana Caso holds a BFA degree in Painting from the Cleveland Institute of Art and a dual Master’s in Painting & Sculpture from Rosary College, Florence Italy. She has many years of public art experience and is the Director and Founder of Door 2 Art Studio.
Adriana desires to engage the community with love and kindness through her art. She believes there is power in beauty to speak into difficult issues as well as illicit joy. She enjoys creating art that is full of surprises, inviting participation and sparking delight! Adriana loves to inspire and connect people through visual language.

Adriana loves to share her wealth of knowledge and regularly teaches classes and workshops. In addition to the class and master class series at Door 2, she has served in teaching roles such as “Lead Mural Artist” for the City of Akron’s “Summer Art Experience” program, led numerous workshops in Italy and taught art series at recovery centers just to name a few.

In her personal body of work Adriana has a broad range and a prolific portfolio including paintings, sculptures and interactive exhibitions.

​Adriana spent over a decade living and working in Europe, creating exhibitions of her paintings and sculptures. One of her favorite subject matters during this time was the Circus. She loves exploring the idea that everyone has unique characteristics that we should celebrate and in that, unity and community can take hold. This theme of celebrating each other’s unique expressions and the community that mentality can create has continued on in her work since that time.

Birdsong – Shown at, Akron Museum of Art, City of Alatri Italy, City of Hudson OH, City of Cuyahoga Falls OH, and Moos Gallery
- In this project Adriana enlisted a group of 180 artists to each paint sculptures that Door 2 provided them in their unique styles to hang together in our partner organization's and community's spaces to speak to unity being possible while also highlighting individuality.
“Guitarmania” - “Jungle Jam” Shown at the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland Ohio
- Adriana designed and painted this guitar for The Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame that is currently on display at Cleveland Hopkins Airport.
Interactive Mural – Installed at Akron Children’s Hospital
- Adriana designed and painted this 120 foot by 9 foot mural with interactive elements for community engagement.

- Adriana led the creation of an interactive art walk through to be displayed at a major conference.
Sculpture of David Davis – Installed at Mount Sinai Medical Arts Building
- I was commissioned to create this sculpture for the medical center.

- I designed and led the painting on this community mural
